Hair Styles

Wedding calls for a good hair treatment and deciding upon the best suited hair style for you. So take out time to give your hair a good professional wash, conditioning a fine cut. You may also get your hair coloured, if required. All this needs to be done preferably more than a week before the wedding.

The hair style you pick for your wedding needs to be complimenting the wedding dress.

If you plan to wear the dupatta over your head then the hair style has to be ideally be a bun but you can still play around with the hair on the sides of your face.

Try the following hair styles and see what suits your dress best:

1940 curls: it is the lovely 40’s look with curls falling on the sides of your face, best for a round face. It can be done with a bun and also with half the hair pulled behind!

Twisted hair: If you are not covering your head with a dupatta, this hair style would be very stylish. Twisted flocks of hair pinned with and elegant updo lets your face and make-up stay highlighted and neatly outlined with your hair twisted pattern, best suited for an oval face.

Bun: A neat bun is the best bet specially if you are covering your head or even if you are not, nice matching pins will bring an elegant look.

Hair style that is a big “no” for the wedding is short or long fringes. Do not wear fringes on your forehead for your wedding instead if you have fringes, pin them back neatly.

A good hair style enhances the look majorly so opt for the most suited hair style and make the best of that special day when you will be the centre of attention.
